Muhammad Sabha, MBA
Chief Executive Officer
Muhammad brings nearly three decades of professional and executive experience across healthcare, accounting, finance, banking, information technology, operations, business development, government contracting, and higher education.
Executive and Business Leadership
As founder and chief executive of a prior healthcare services organization, Muhammad led multi-state operations with more than 350 professionals and annual sales in the millions. His responsibilities included strategy, finance, operations, contract administration, business development, compliance, client relationships, workforce management, and organizational growth.
Government Contracting Experience
Muhammad’s prior leadership experience includes federal procurement and contract performance through the GSA Federal Supply Schedule and GSA eBuy, with engagements involving organizations within the Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Health and Human Services, National Institutes of Health, Indian Health Service, and Department of Justice / Federal Bureau of Prisons. His government-related experience also includes work with the State of Wisconsin through UW Hospitals and Clinics.
Accounting, Finance and Business
Muhammad holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an MBA. His professional background includes financial accounting, mutual-fund accounting, financial analysis, executive financial management, budgeting, operational analysis, internal controls, contract financial management, and business planning.
Higher Education
For more than six years, Muhammad has served as an Adjunct Professor of Accounting and Business, teaching Financial Accounting, Accounting Principles, Business Finance, Macroeconomics, and Project Management. His teaching emphasizes practical application, internal controls, financial decision-making, ethics, and active learning.
Professional and Academic Development
Muhammad is the author of Nursing Jobs in the US. His MBA thesis focused on the feasibility of a healthcare staffing business, connecting academic analysis with the business he later launched and led. He plans to continue his academic development through doctoral study.

Rasha Ghanim, Master of Finance
Chief Compliance and Risk Management Officer
Rasha brings more than 20 years of professional experience in banking, lending, compliance, risk management, internal controls, quality assurance, and regulatory readiness.
Compliance and Risk Management
Her experience includes compliance reviews, regulatory analysis, risk identification and assessment, control testing, policy and procedure review, issue validation, root-cause analysis, corrective-action support, remediation tracking, and audit and examination readiness.
Lending and Financial Services Risk
Rasha’s career includes mortgage lending, credit analysis, loan processing and closing, quality control, and financial-services risk. Her regulatory experience includes OCC expectations and areas such as Fair Lending, RESPA, Truth in Lending, HMDA, CRA, and TRID.
Senior Risk and Control Experience
In senior first-line risk roles, Rasha has served as a program owner and subject-matter resource supporting complex control testing, risk reviews, quality assurance, key risk indicator reporting, issue validation, risk insights, and regulatory examination support.
Training and Development
Rasha has trained more than 100 loan officers and branch managers and developed reference and training materials to strengthen process consistency, regulatory understanding, and operational performance.

Rasha holds a Master of Finance and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
